Many of you will have heard today’s announcement regarding changes to the Government's COVID-19 response.

Key changes to note are:

All of New Zealand remain in the RED setting of the CPF – this will be reviewed on 4 April.

Outdoor events and gatherings - From 11:59pm this Friday, 25 March:

• All limits removed for outdoor events and gatherings
• Indoor capacity limits for events and gatherings are increased to 200
• QR code scanning no longer required

My Vaccine Pass requirements - From 11:59pm, Monday 4 April:

• Vaccine passes will no longer be required
• Businesses under vaccine mandates due to the use of vaccine passes will no longer be mandated.

Sport NZ are currently working with the Government to finalise sport specific guidance relating to todays changes.  We will pass on this information as soon as possible.
