Kia Ora Koutou,

On behalf of our Netball Manurewa board, staff and key volunteers we thank all those that showed interest, shared our flyer, spread the word and signed up to be part of our community Open Day event. However, after much deliberation on the upcoming community Open Day scheduled this Saturday 27^th February, we have decided to CANCEL the event. This decision was not made lightly, as we took into consideration all the different factors involved to ensure we made the best decision for our wider Manurewa community.

• 85% decline in our overall community stall holders
• high number of key personnel and special guests unavailable
• active community cases

For the health and safety of our wider Manurewa community people during these unprecedented times; especially with ongoing community cases, we will take the precautionary actions to keep everyone safe. Thank you for your understanding on this matter.

In other news; we have our upcoming Golden 50^th Jubilee Event planned for the Anzac weekend Friday 23^rd & Saturday 24^th April with Maori Television coverage. We will share more information very soon, please keep an eye out on our social media platforms and save the dates.
